Fees and policies

Please note that the prices listed are a guide only and may differ between locations.

Follow-up appointments
If more than 6 months have passed since your last appointment, your next visit will be treated as a new consultation.

Questions after your appointment
If you have any questions about your consultation within 4 weeks of your appointment, you are very welcome to email them, and Dr Mounsey will aim to reply within 3 working days. If your concern relates to a new problem, or to a change in your existing condition that may need assessment, we would kindly ask you to book a follow-up appointment.

Repeat prescriptions
One repeat prescription can be provided between appointments, at a cost of £50. This allows your medication to be monitored safely.

Procedures
All procedures begin with a new consultation, after which you will be given a detailed quote. Please be aware that the facility and laboratory will normally charge additional fees for procedures, and these are set by the local facility. If you have any questions, please do get in touch.

Cancellations
There is no charge if you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment. For cancellations made less than 48 hours beforehand, the initial fee will need to be settled before a further appointment can be booked. Please be aware that insurers are unlikely to cover this fee, in which case you will be billed directly.
